This 1987 14 foot by 62 foot wide body Lazy Days houseboat is powered by twin 454 Merc Cruise inboard-outboard engines; one 12.5 Westerbek generator and a 2500 watt Inverter. The automatic anchoring system is a must for anchoring out in the lake. The front deck can be fully enclosed for year-round use. The high bow and all alluminum construction allow this boat to be used in the intercoastal waterways as well as rivers and inland lakes. The galley is all electric and fully appointed with full-sized refrigerator, Jennaire range with grill and interchangeable flat cooking surface with 2 additional elements; built-in dishwasher, microwave, new coffee maker and built-in ice maker. The interior is beautiful Teak wood throughout, teak inlay in galley and both bathrooms. The boat comes completely furnished with queen-size Master stateroom and queen-size guest stateroom, washer/dryer, and is equipped with a MSD septic system. There one full-size bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi tub and one guest 1/2 bathroom. All closets are cedar-lined. The roof deck houses the fly bridge, davit, sliding board, and new Bemini top and all deck furniture. The decking was completely redone with new Gel coating in March of 2005. Entertainment center in the Salon area includes DVD, VCR, and auto-changer CD player with built-in stereo radio and speakers throughout the boat. A beautiful console 42-inch television is in the Salon and a 36-inch TV in the master stateroom. Air conditioners have heat capability along with built-in electric heaters to make this boat all-weather comfortable. Must see to appreciate the beauty and versatility of this boat.
