I keep this coach stored inside, clean and neat so it is always ready to go! New tires, new water pump, new fan belts, freah coolant, engine runs great, I have never had a problem with the engine, it has a ford 460 that is very reliable with low miles on it. I just went through the tag axle brake system so it has new brake pads and the master cylinder was rebuilt, fresh fluid. I constantly go over the vehicle chassis just before a trip to make sure everything is ok. Have never had a problem with the running gear, very reliable!

Three new lifeline batteries, new king dome satellite system with a tv in front and rear. DVD, VHS players. New CD player in dash with remote. There are two air conditioners and two heaters, one in rear and one in front. Washer dryer combo, ice maker, good sized fridge, microwave and everything works and is in very good condition. I like to keep things very clean and working properly. New custom faucet in kitchen.

As you walk to the bedroom it has a hallway to the left so the bedroom is private. The bathroom is not cramped, it is roomy. The bedroom has a door not a curtain. Full-size queen pillow top mattress that you can walk around with plenty of storage space, and a separate sink and medicine cabinet in the bedroom. There is also lots of storage space under the coach.

Has one standard awning that is in perfect shape. Had custom window covers made for the front of the coach that snap on. I hate to sell it as I am very attached to it. This coach has been very good to me. I have too many toys and am just downsizing everything!

Smog certificate is good for one more year.
