Where will my vehicle be advertised?
|
| One Stop Motors will
aggressively advertise your vehicle throughout your advertising campaign. The
$499 fee covers advertising on websites such as OneStopMotors.com, DealsonWheels.com, GreatVehicles.com, JJBestCars.com, Yahoo, All The Web, Alta Vista, and Overture Search Engines, and
various highly trafficked used vehicle websites.

2. When will my
ad be up and running?
|
| Your advertising
campaign is generally completed in three to five business days from the time we
receive your photos. Once completed, you will receive an email containing
information on how to view your advertising links.
|
3. How do I send
my photos?
|
| The quickest way to
send us the 12 photos of your vehicle is thru email to
. Please send only 3 or 4 photos per email and remember to put you first and
last name as the subject of each email so that we can quickly post your photos
to your ad.
|
4. What if I
don't have email?
|
|
You can mail your photos using a Disc, or a Disposable Camera. Mail to. One Stop
Motors 2950 S. Rancho Dr, Suite 200 Las Vegas, NV 89102.
In the case of a disposable camera, One Stop Motors will pay for the
development, however it will take a good 5 to 10 business days for developing
once the camera is received. Please be sure to put you first and last name on
the package or the camera.

5. How will I
know if you received my photos?
|
| You can log in to
your account area to see if the photos have been posted to your ad. If you have
emailed them and they are not posted 48 hours after you emailed them, please
call customer service to confirm that we received them. In the case of photos
sent to us by mail, please call customer service to confirm that we received
them.
|
6. How do I log
in to my account?
|
| Simply go to
onestopmotors.com, click on "my account" at the top right-hand side, enter your
user name and password, and click Login. You will then have full access to your
account. NOTE: Your user name and password are case sensitive.
|
7. Why would I
need to log in to my account?
|
| One Stop Motors gives
you full access to your account. You can upload photos, update pricing, change
features of your vehicle, update your mileage, view your links, etc. Whenever
you make changes to your account, One Stop Motors is notified and will put in a
request to have the changes made on all affiliated sites. (changes take
approximately 2 to 4 business days till ALL advertising is updated)

8. How do I
change something in my ad?
|
| Once logged in to
your account, you can click on the "edit" link and make any necessary changes
to your account. Make sure to click on the "update ad" button at the bottom of
the edit page.
|
9. How can I see
where my vehicle is being advertised?
|
| Simply click on the
"view links" button in your account area. You can then view all of your
advertising links on an individual basis.
|
10. What if the
reserve on eBay is not met?
|
| If your reserve price
is not met at the end of the 7-day auction, this does NOT mean your vehicle
cannot be sold using eBay. In some cases, a Second Chance Offer can be sent to
eBay bidders who have shown interest in your vehicle. Please contact our
customer service department for more details. Additional 7-day eBay auctions
can be started at any time for only $99. Again, if your auction DOES NOT meet
its reserve price, don't panic! Call 1 877 566 MOTORS (6686), and request a
second chance offer be made. OSM's Customer Service Dept. will be glad to
assist you with this!

11. What if I
click on a link and cannot view my ad?
|
| Some of the
advertising links may expire after a specified length of time. These links can
be renewed free of charge by calling our customer service department 1 877 566
MOTORS (6686).

12. What if I
have searched for my vehicle on onestopmotors.com and cannot find it listed?
|
| The onestopmotors.com
home page allows you to search for vehicles by type of vehicle, year, make, and
model. If you have conducted a search and still cannot find your vehicle
listed, please call customer service for assistance. (MON thru FRI 8am to 5pm /
1 877 566 6686)

13. How long
will it take to sell my vehicle?
|
| While One Stop Motors
makes no claims to have any vehicle sold within any specific timeframe, our
average turnaround time is approximately 8 weeks. We do guarantee to advertise
your vehicle until it sells! Even more than that, our customer service dept is
here to work with you until the vehicle is sold! Do not hesitate to contact the
customer service dept and request an account overview. An acct overview often
helps a seller who may not be receiving the kind of activity originally
desired. Additional advertising, price check, additional ad description, etc.
whatever the case may be, in most cases an acct overview can help drive more
traffic to your vehicle.

14. Why haven't
I received any calls from One Stop Motors?
|
|
Part of the service that we provide is to handle the influx of inquiries on your
vehicle. We will contact you once we have received an offer from an interested
buyer or an interested buyer asks specific questions about your vehicle that
only you would know.
We DO NOT contact you every time we receive an inquiry. Far too often a
potential buyer may be browsing at the vehicles on the site, and find many
vehicles that interest them. We always want to be 100% sure that the potential
buyer can financially afford the vehicle prior to contacting you. Rest assured,
it's just a matter of time before OSM finds that right buyer for your vehicle!
And when we do, you'll be the first person we contact.

15. What if I
have a buyer for my vehicle that needs financing?
|
| Please refer anyone
who would like to apply for financing to our customer service department. One
of our representatives will assist your buyer with this process.
|
16. What if an
interested buyer lives far from me and needs to have the vehicle shipped?
|
| One Stop Motors has
negotiated reduced shipping rates with our shipping affiliates. An interested
buyer can simply go to onestopmotors.com, click on the "shipping" link, and get
an actual quote on shipping charges.

17. Can I sell
my vehicle on my own?
|
| As One Stop Motors
guarantees to advertise until sold, you are not required to sell your vehicle
through One Stop Motors. If you do sell your vehicle on your own, please call
our customer service department to let us know so that we may deactivate your
ads.

18. Will I get
a refund if I sell it on my own?
|
| As stated in our
Advertising Confirmation Document, all advertising services are final and no
refunds will be issued.
|
19. Why is the
price for my vehicle different on some of the links?
|
| Some of the sites
that your vehicle will be advertised on are auctions. In the case of an
auction, the starting bid price may be lower than your actual asking price or
bottom line price to create additional interest in the vehicle.

20. How do I
know that One Stop Motors will not sell my vehicle for less than I want?
|
| One Stop Motors
assists you in the sale of your vehicle, but does not sell your vehicle for
you. We will refer serious offers to you for you to negotiate. It is your
vehicle and you have the final decision on who will purchase the vehicle and
for how much. We are here to assist you with a wide variety of additional
services besides just the advertising, ranging from World Wide Shipping,
Extended Warranties, to FULL FINANCING!

21. What phone
