ver the last six years, One Stop Motors has made it our mission to be your “One Stop” for buying, selling, and financing all motorized vehicles. For our buyers, this means a comprehensive database of literally thousands of vehicles of every year, make, and model, as well as a fully trained Seller’s Assistance team to provide assistance throughout the purchasing process. For our sellers, this means an extremely aggressive marketing campaign geared toward exposing our client vehicles to the broadest, as well as the most targeted market base possible. Our list of network affiliates is constantly growing and evolving to provide our clients with the edge they need to sell their vehicles quickly, and for more money.

However, in today’s competitive marketplace, sometimes advertising isn’t enough. Many advertising outlets are dominated by auto dealerships that have the ability to provide backend services such as vehicle financing for their buyers. At One Stop Motors, our vision is to level the playing field between dealers and individual sellers, allowing our clients to provide their buyers with the same tools and incentives that dealers do. In this edition of the One Stop Motors newsletter, we’ll discuss some of the back end tools we include with our Platinum Advertising Package. These include Seller’s Assistance, Financing, Shipping, and Extended Warranties.

We know selling a vehicle can be a real headache, and we’re here to help. Our Seller’s Assistance team members work with our clients on an individual “one-on-one” basis. This means we can tailor nearly any aspect our client’s advertising package to their specific needs and preferences. We can handle all account updates such as price changes or modifying ad text. Have an interested buyer who is interested in financing? We can take care of that as well. Our team members will fill out and submit the financing application with your buyer. Our job is to make selling a used vehicle as smooth a process as possible for our clients. We do it all, and we’re just a phone call away. This means we can provide our clients with as much, or as little support as they choose.

We have partnered with an extensive network of lending affiliates to provide buyers with the best financing solutions available. We work with our buyers every step of the way, from searching out the best lenders, to filling out and submitting financing applications. Many of our affiliates have specialized financing plans for buyers with credit issues. What does this mean for our sellers? It opens up our vehicles to an even broader market. Once financing has been approved for a buyer, the seller receives payment in full from the lending institution. It’s that simple!

Our clients do not need to wait for a local buyer. Our shipping affiliates allow us to sell our client’s vehicles to buyers around the globe. Our Seller’s Assistance team can provide a buyer with competitive quotes from multiple shipping companies, and even arrange the shipping itself. Again, this only broadens the market for our sellers. Our shipping service, along with our marketing campaign puts our seller’s vehicles in front of literally millions of potential buyers from around the world!

As you can see, at One Stop Motors we offer our clients more than just advertising. We provide a complete suite of tools geared toward moving client vehicles as fast as possible, for as much money as possible, while making the process of selling as smooth and pleasant as possible for our clients.

Though only introduced this summer, it appears the hybrid version of the Chrysler Aspen and Durango Hemi will have a short lifespan. Originally slated for closure at the end of 2009, the Newark, Del. manufacturing plant where the hybrids are being constructed will be closing its doors a year earlier due to slowing SUV sales. The plant currently.

Chrysler spokesman Todd Goyer states that they have no plans to continuing building the two hybrids after the closure. He also noted that keeping the plant open solely for the hybrid versions would not be a sound business decision.

There is still a bright future ahead for buyers itching to own a hybrid Chrysler. A hybrid version of the Dodge Ram is slated for release in 2010; and according to Mr. Goyer, more hybrid versions are currently in development.
